At Hyster, we recognize that each and every application requirement and work environment can be different. We have customers in a wide range of industries that motivates us to provide a very diverse variety of materials handling product solutions. No matter what the environmental conditions are or what your business is we have a machine to get tasks completed effectively and suit your requirements. We have established trusting relationships between marketing, service and manufacturing teams so that we can assure you that each and every machine is built to the highest quality standards and that you will receive the continuous support you need when you have a Hyster machinery on your work site.
From the preliminary concept and design to the production and sale of the equipment, each product that Hyster markets would go through a nine stage development process. Every stage of the development process has been created to ensure product quality over the machine's lifetime. Hyster testing centers could simulate the life cycle of a forklift to ensure that the equipment lasts and that it performs as designed.
To start with, Hyster performs a great deal of research about customer requirements to be certain that we know what our customers truly want. This research is then used to product design. Designs are built using cutting edge computer aided design systems which help to lessen the risk of weak points and ensure that positioning of every part is optimal for both performance and servicing needs. Next, prototypes are made in cooperation with professionals and specialists in compartment design and ergonomics. Each component and prototype is put through rigorous life cycle testing to find and correct any issues which can reduce the life of a machine or a component to a less than optimal level. When a machinery comes out of the testing stage of development, we would like to be sure that it would work to a high standard. Testing in real life settings is also carried out so that we can collect more information on the performance of the machine and be confident that it will meet the standards needed to get the job completed.
